the location is amazing. many shops, restaurants and attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. the staff ensured all my needs were met (i appreciated that attention to detail). i was expecting one queen bed but received two queen beds instead. a bunk bed.

the mini fridge was not very cold.

the location seriously rocks. it is just one block from the piazza di spagna, so cool. there were also loads of restaurants and shops right there. i was able to explore the city super easily.

my room could have been cleaner. i noticed a constant humidity smell, not great. i felt the air quality irritated my airways a bit. even with room service every day, it was like they just wiped things down with water.

I received an unexpected upgrade to a suite. It included a sauna. The staff were helpful and gave recommendations for local spots. The hotel is within WALKING distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was very convenient.

The water pressure in the shower was minimal, making rinsing a bit difficult.

i found the location perfect. it was a very short walk to the spanish steps and many other places of interest. the staff were helpful and readily available. i also appreciated that the suite i stayed in secure hotel and secure for solo navigation at any hour.

the bathroom fixtures seemed slightly dated and could use some minor repairs.
