central location great restaurants easy exploration humidity smell irritated airways limited cleaning
the location seriously rocks. it is just one block from the piazza di spagna, so cool. there were also loads of restaurants and shops right there. i was able to explore the city super easily.
my room could have been cleaner. i noticed a constant humidity smell, not great. i felt the air quality irritated my airways a bit. even with room service every day, it was like they just wiped things down with water.

suite upgrade helpful staff walkable attractions convenient location
I received an unexpected upgrade to a suite. It included a sauna. The staff were helpful and gave recommendations for local spots. The hotel is within WALKING distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It was very convenient.
The water pressure in the shower was minimal, making rinsing a bit difficult.

perfect stay near the spanish steps
prime location helpful staff secure suite easy navigation
i found the location perfect. it was a very short walk to the spanish steps and many other places of interest. the staff were helpful and readily available. i also appreciated that the suite i stayed in safety was good and secure for solo navigation at any hour.
the bathroom fixtures seemed slightly dated and could use some minor repairs.

the staff offered assistance promptly and were available at all hours. federica was particularly helpful with recommendations. they were efficient and made check-in very simple. the team ensured i felt welcomed.
